Smartest Guru is not responsible for assumptions that were not included in the written scope, invoice, licence, package terms or written agreement.
Smartest Guru consultation, coaching and guidance are provided for education, practical clarity, decision support and better understanding.
Consultations may include discussion, explanation, analysis, direction, strategy, options, warnings, improvement ideas and practical guidance. However, consultations do not create any guarantee of result.
We do not guarantee any fixed income, ranking, traffic, profit, transformation, health result, trading result, business success, legal result, technical result or personal outcome.
Your result depends on your action, discipline, budget, timing, resources, implementation quality, market condition, health condition, technical environment, platform behaviour, third-party services and many other factors outside Smartest Guru’s control.
A consultation does not include free lifetime support, unlimited follow-up, implementation work, source-code access, proprietary secrets, personal coaching beyond the booked time, or additional services unless clearly agreed in writing.

Access duration, content type, support level, bonus materials, certificate availability and update access depend on the course, package or membership purchased.

Any promised duration, number of sessions, access level, communication channel, bonus, support format or deliverable must be clearly mentioned in the relevant package terms, invoice or written agreement.
Premium services may include website development, WordPress support, WooCommerce support, SEO, content creation, research, data analysis, AI-related work, cloud support, server support, cyber-security guidance, digital strategy, branding, marketing guidance and related professional services.
Before starting work, the service scope should normally confirm:
Smartest Guru may pause or delay work if the client does not provide required content, access, payment, approvals, feedback, credentials, business information, legal permission or technical cooperation on time.
Smartest Guru may provide stock market education, chart learning, trading psychology, technical-analysis education, wealth awareness, risk-management education and general market-learning guidance.
Smartest Guru does not provide guaranteed profit, assured return, risk-free trading, insider information, market manipulation, unlawful investment advice or any instruction to break exchange, broker, regulator or platform rules.
Unless expressly stated in writing and supported by any legally required registration, Smartest Guru does not act as a stock broker, portfolio manager, investment adviser, research analyst, tax adviser or financial planner.
All stock market content, tools, examples, software, courses and consultations are provided for education, research, skill development and better understanding only.
Users are fully responsible for their own trading, investment, financial, tax and risk decisions.
Smartest Guru is not responsible for any profit, loss, opportunity loss, emotional decision, leverage misuse, broker issue, tax issue, liquidity issue, technical issue, exchange issue, data-feed issue, internet issue, platform issue or market risk arising from a user’s own decision.
Smartest Guru may show, explain, demonstrate, licence, sell or discuss stock market software, chart systems, indicators, trading tools and decision-support systems under approved conditions only.
General consultation, guidance, courses, mentorship, support sessions, demos, sales discussions or educational explanations do not include the disclosure of secret rules, formulae, source code, internal logic, calculation methods, algorithmic methods, proprietary strategies, protected software architecture or trade secrets.
However, if a client purchases a specific software licence, source-code package, premium handover package, white-label package, IP-transfer package, resale-rights package, escrow-supported handover package or custom development agreement that clearly includes such materials, Smartest Guru may disclose only the specific items that are expressly included in that written agreement, invoice, licence, scope document, NDA or handover terms.
Depending on the purchased package and written agreement, this may include:
No person may demand, copy, extract, reverse-engineer, disclose, recreate, leak, sell, distribute, publish or misuse any Smartest Guru formulae, rules, logic, source code, calculation method, internal working system, proprietary strategy or software method unless that right is clearly granted in writing by Smartest Guru.
A normal consultation, course, demo, explanation, support call, sales discussion or guidance session does not create any right to receive source code, secret formulae, proprietary rules, internal logic, software architecture or intellectual property.
Smartest Guru may refuse any question or request that attempts to uncover protected software logic, hidden rules, proprietary market formulae, private algorithmic methods or confidential strategy systems outside the agreed licence, purchase package or written scope.
Software access, source-code access, technical handover, white-label rights, resale rights, modification rights or IP transfer are available only if clearly mentioned in a written agreement, invoice, licence, package document, NDA or handover terms.
Unless a written agreement clearly says otherwise:
If a package includes source code, formulae, internal logic, handover files, IP transfer or resale rights, those rights become valid only after full payment, successful payment clearance, required documentation, required verification, NDA completion and written handover confirmation, unless the written agreement says otherwise.
Source-code or IP-transfer packages do not automatically include every private note, unpublished research, personal trading observation, unreleased strategy, experimental method, historical discussion, client-specific customisation, future update or unrelated Smartest Guru intellectual property.
Any escrow, staged handover, code review, technical audit, installation support, training, transition support, bug-fix period or post-handover support must be agreed separately in writing.
Smartest Guru may provide cyber-security guidance only for lawful, ethical and authorised purposes.

Smartest Guru does not help with attacking, spying, stealing, bypassing, exploiting, damaging, tracking, stalking or secretly monitoring any person, account, website, server, device, app, software or private system.
Users must have proper ownership, permission or legal authority before requesting cyber security, account recovery, website recovery, server work or system access support.
Smartest Guru may provide website guidance, WordPress support, WooCommerce support, SEO planning, content strategy, branding direction, digital marketing guidance and online business improvement support.
Smartest Guru does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, sales, conversion, leads, followers, revenue, approval by third-party platforms or permanent visibility in search engines.
SEO, marketing and website results depend on content quality, competition, budget, technical condition, domain history, implementation quality, market demand, algorithm updates, third-party platforms and user behaviour.
Smartest Guru does not support deceptive ranking manipulation, fake reviews, fake traffic, fake engagement, copied content, malicious redirects, cloaking, scam funnels, phishing pages, illegal data collection or marketing that violates platform rules, privacy rights or user trust.
Smartest Guru may help with AI-assisted research, writing, planning, coding, automation, productivity, education, business workflows and creative improvement.
AI outputs can contain errors, outdated information, bias, unclear wording or inaccurate assumptions. Users must review, verify and approve AI-assisted content before using it.
Smartest Guru does not support AI use for fraud, impersonation, fake evidence, harmful deepfakes, illegal surveillance, misinformation campaigns, privacy violation, unlawful data misuse, plagiarism, spam, harassment or manipulation.
Smartest Guru also does not support AI requests intended to expose private data, bypass security, create fake documents, mislead customers, manipulate markets, copy protected content or imitate a real person without permission.
AI support is provided only for lawful, ethical and useful work.
Smartest Guru may provide general fitness, bodybuilding, mindset, discipline, lifestyle and educational guidance.
Smartest Guru does not replace doctors, physiotherapists, dietitians, psychologists, psychiatrists or licensed medical professionals.
Smartest Guru does not provide emergency medical support, disease treatment, prescription medicine advice, unsafe drug guidance, steroid-cycle planning or dangerous body transformation methods.
Users are responsible for checking their own health condition and seeking qualified medical advice before starting any serious training, diet, supplement, lifestyle change or body-transformation plan.

Only the specific materials, rights and permissions mentioned in the written agreement, invoice, licence, NDA, scope document or handover terms will be shared. Nothing else is implied, transferred, licensed, disclosed or permitted.
Clients, students, users and service customers must not submit private data, passwords, personal documents, confidential company information, third-party data or sensitive information unless it is genuinely required for an authorised service.
When a user shares information, files, credentials, screenshots, access details or documents with Smartest Guru, the user confirms that they have the legal right and authority to share them for the requested service.
Smartest Guru may restrict, reject, delete, mask or request safer handling of information if it appears unnecessary, risky, sensitive, confidential or outside the agreed service scope.
Users must not ask Smartest Guru to expose, misuse, copy, publish, forward, sell, share or reveal confidential data belonging to any third party.
Smartest Guru may ask users to remove, hide, mask or limit unnecessary private information before support is provided.
If a service requires access to a website, hosting account, domain account, email account, analytics account, ad account, social media account, server, software or third-party platform, the user must provide only authorised access.

Smartest Guru is not responsible for bank charges, payment gateway charges, currency conversion fees, failed payment delays, tax deductions, card issues, UPI issues, international transfer issues or user-side payment mistakes.
Work may be paused if payment is incomplete, delayed, reversed, disputed, charged back or suspicious.
Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling depend on the type of service purchased, the stage of delivery, the time already spent, the access already provided, the digital content already activated and the written terms of the selected package.

A revision means a reasonable correction or improvement within the original agreed scope. It does not mean a new concept, new design direction, new service, new feature, new page, new software module, new strategy, new research task or unlimited rework.
Extra work, urgent work, out-of-scope work, repeated changes or major direction changes may require extra charges and extra time.
Smartest Guru may use, recommend, integrate or refer to third-party tools, videos, platforms, payment gateways, plugins, hosting services, APIs, software, data providers, brokers, chart libraries, websites or resources.
Smartest Guru does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their:
Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of any third-party provider they choose to use.
All Smartest Guru content, branding, designs, course materials, text, images, videos, frameworks, methods, strategies, documents, digital assets, software, source code, formulae, rules, chart systems, business models, AI workflows, website materials and consultation methods may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, licence and other intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, modify, leak, scrape, clone, reverse-engineer or use Smartest Guru intellectual property without written permission.
Buying a course, consultation, software access, service, demo, licence or support session does not transfer ownership of Smartest Guru methods, software, formulae, source logic, brand assets, course content, proprietary frameworks or confidential knowledge unless such transfer is clearly included in a written agreement.
Any licence, handover, source-code access, resale right, white-label right, IP transfer or usage permission is limited to the exact terms agreed in writing.
If you provide text, images, videos, logos, business details, documents, files, credentials, data, designs, code, screenshots or other materials to Smartest Guru, you confirm that:

Smartest Guru may request permission to use completed work, feedback, testimonials, screenshots, results, case studies or project references for portfolio, marketing, teaching or credibility purposes.
Smartest Guru will not intentionally publish confidential client secrets, private login details, sensitive business data, protected software logic or private personal information without permission.
If a project requires strict confidentiality, the client must clearly inform Smartest Guru in writing before the project starts.
If Smartest Guru provides access to a community, forum, group, membership area or discussion platform, users must behave respectfully and lawfully.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smartest Guru is not liable for indirect loss, business loss, data loss, profit loss, trading loss, investment loss, ranking loss, reputation loss, health issues, platform bans, account restrictions, third-party failures, technical issues, emotional decisions, missed opportunities or decisions made by users based on general guidance.
Smartest Guru’s maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that directly caused the issue, subject to applicable law.
