Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

This policy explains refund, cancellation and return rules for Smartest Guru consultation, coaching, academy courses, digital content, premium services and other online services.

Because Smartest Guru provides digital services, personalised consultation, expert time, online access, intellectual guidance and custom work, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

General Refund Rule

Payments made to Smartest Guru are generally non-refundable once:

• Consultation is booked or delivered.
• Coaching session is scheduled or delivered.
• Course access is activated.
• Digital content is delivered.
• Community or academy access is activated.
• Project work has started.
• Research, strategy, planning or analysis work has started.
• Custom service work has begun.
• Any private material, document, method, strategy or resource has been shared.

Consultation Cancellation

Consultation payments are made to reserve expert time.

If you cannot attend a booked session, you must inform us as early as possible. Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of Smartest Guru, depending on availability and reason.

No refund may be provided if:

• You miss the session.
• You join late.
• You provide wrong contact details.
• You fail to respond after booking.
• You cancel at the last moment.
• You expected a guaranteed result that was not promised.

Course and Academy Refunds

Online courses, academy access, digital lessons, text modules, videos, resources and community access are digital products.

Once access is activated, refunds are generally not provided because digital content can be viewed, copied or consumed immediately.

A refund may be considered only if:

• Payment was successful but access was not provided due to our fault.
• Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
• The purchased course is permanently unavailable and no alternative access is provided.
• A refund is legally required.

Digital Services and Custom Work

For services such as SEO, content writing, website development, WordPress work, WooCommerce work, server support, AI work, research, data analysis, cyber security guidance, digital marketing or business strategy, refunds are not normally provided once work has started.

If a project is cancelled before work starts, Smartest Guru may deduct payment gateway charges, consultation time, planning time, administrative cost or any already completed work and may refund the remaining eligible amount, if applicable.

Webinars, Workshops and Live Sessions

Payments for webinars, workshops, live classes or group sessions are usually non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Smartest Guru and no replacement session or recording is provided.

If you miss a live session, refund is not guaranteed. Access to recording may be provided if available and included in the offer.

Return Policy

Most Smartest Guru products and services are digital or online in nature. Therefore, physical return does not apply unless a physical product is specifically sold in the future.

If any physical product is sold later, its return terms will be mentioned separately on the product page or order confirmation.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method after verification.

Refund processing time may depend on banks, payment gateways, UPI apps, card networks or third-party payment systems.

Payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges and taxes may be non-refundable where applicable.

No Refund for Results or Expectations

Refunds will not be provided only because:

• You did not get expected business results.
• You did not get expected trading profit.
• You did not get expected ranking or traffic.
• You did not complete the course.
• You changed your mind.
• You purchased the wrong course or service without reading details.
• You failed to follow instructions.
• Your device, internet, email, WhatsApp or platform access had issues.
• A third-party tool, website, plugin, broker, exchange, hosting provider or payment gateway failed.

Refund approval is at the discretion of Smartest Guru, based on payment status, access status, service status, delivery status, work already completed, user conduct and applicable law.
