Affiliates Policy

Smartest Guru may work with affiliates, partners, promoters, students, clients, creators, marketers or referral partners who help introduce our courses, consultation, academy programmes, premium services or digital products to suitable users.

This Affiliates Policy explains the basic rules for affiliate participation.

What Is an Affiliate?

An affiliate is a person or business who refers users to Smartest Guru and may receive a commission, reward or benefit if the referred user makes a valid purchase, subject to our approval and affiliate terms.

Affiliate Approval

Becoming an affiliate is not automatic. Smartest Guru may approve, reject, pause or remove any affiliate at its discretion.

We may check the affiliate’s profile, marketing method, audience type, past conduct and suitability before approval.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must promote Smartest Guru honestly, ethically and legally.

Affiliates must not:

• Make fake promises.
• Guarantee income, profit, ranking, fitness results or success.
• Use misleading claims.
• Pretend to be Smartest Guru, Pratish Kumar or official staff.
• Use fake discounts, fake scarcity or fake payment links.
• Run spam campaigns.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Use illegal ads, bots, fake reviews or fake testimonials.
• Misuse the Smartest Guru logo, image or brand identity.
• Copy course content or paid materials.
• Sell unauthorised access.
• Misrepresent pricing, refund policy or service scope.
• Promote restricted, illegal or unethical use of our services.

Commission

Affiliate commission, if any, will depend on the specific programme, product, service, agreement or campaign.

Commission is payable only on valid, completed and approved sales.

No commission may be paid for:

• Cancelled orders.
• Refunded orders.
• Fake orders.
• Self-referrals, unless approved.
• Duplicate leads.
• Fraudulent payments.
• Chargebacks.
• Orders not tracked properly.
• Leads already known to Smartest Guru.
• Sales made through unauthorised claims or policy violations.

Payment of Commission

Commission may be paid after verification, cooling period, refund period, payment settlement or internal approval.

Smartest Guru may deduct tax, payment charges, gateway charges or other applicable deductions where required.

Affiliates are responsible for their own tax compliance.

Brand Usage

Affiliates may use approved Smartest Guru promotional materials only in a truthful and professional manner.

Affiliates cannot create fake websites, fake pages, fake profiles, fake certificates or misleading advertisements using Smartest Guru identity.

Disclosure

Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Smartest Guru wherever legally or ethically required.

For example, if an affiliate receives commission for a referral, they should not present the recommendation as completely neutral or unpaid if disclosure is required.

Termination

Smartest Guru may terminate affiliate access or refuse commission if an affiliate violates this policy, damages the brand, misleads users, violates law, abuses customers or uses unethical marketing.

No Employment Relationship

Affiliates are independent promoters or referral partners. They are not employees, agents, legal representatives or decision-makers of Smartest Guru unless separately agreed in writing.
